Critical services will remain open including correctional facilities, nursing homes, veteran's homes and treatment facilities. The list also includes public safety functions including the state patrol and BCA. The judge also says local government aid payments due in July will be paid as scheduled.
Closures will include 46 state board and agencies, state parks, the tourism office. Even the state lottery would be affected.
