Sentencing set for ND man convicted of murder
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Sentencing has been set for July 18 for a North Dakota man convicted of killing his brother in a dispute over land.
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Sentencing has been set for July 18 for a North Dakota man convicted of killing his brother in a dispute over land.
A jury in early May found 45-year-old Rodney Chisholm guilty of murdering 59-year-old Donald Chisholm a year ago. The Manvel man could face life in prison.
The Grand Forks Herald reports that Chisholm also is due in court this fall for three more jury trials on felony charges accusing him of stealing another brother's car and tens of thousands of dollars' worth of farm equipment and other goods.
