Minnesota Leaders in an all Day Meeting to discuss Budget

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton and GOP legislative leaders are in an all-day meeting aimed at bridging their state budget differences. A crew of nine entered GOP House Speaker Kurt Zellers' State Office Building quarters at 9 a.m. It included Dayton, his budget director, leaders of all four legislative caucuses, and the House budget committee chairwoman. Dayton vowed to be "open- minded."
Mark Dayton (D) Minnesota: “we're here we are all committed to the same process of working for the next two days very hard to see if we can reach a resolution.”
*Reporter* “Where are we at with taxes and spending”?
Dayton: “That's where we are not going to get into the particulars.”
A government shutdown will start July 1st if a new two-year budget is not in place.
