Michele Bachman's homecoming receives multiple reactions
Days into her 2012 White House bid, Republican Michele Bachmann gets a rousing homecoming in Minnesota.
The congresswoman brought a packed crowd at the Right Online Conference to it's feet. She gave a half hour speech to conservative bloggers. Bachmann says she'd repeal the health care law, not raise the debt limit, and not limit carbon emissions through cap and trade. Michele Bachmann: I'm an authentic individual. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I want to provide leadership on turning economy around." After the speech, a gay rights activist flung glitter toward Bachmann, shouting you can run but you can't hide. Security hustled the demonstrator away. The woman says she was protesting Bachmann's "hateful and anti-gay rhetoric."
