Decline in turkey liscenses available

Fewer people will get to hunt turkey in North Dakota this fall.

About 46 hundred licenses are available. That's down 20 percent. More licenses may be available if reproduction numbers increase. Numbers have dropped substantially, but snow and rain are improving habitats. Applications are due July 6th. Nonresidents can apply for licenses left over
