Hoeven hopes to bring ND economic values to Washington

Hoeven says Washington should have a two year budget plan.
Hoeven was in town speaking at the Great Plains Young Professionals Summit, but took a break to tell us what his plans are for improving the national economy. He wants Washington to focus on three things: Creating a good business plan, making the right kind of energy policies, and getting a grip on spending.

Hoeven says Washington should have a two year budget plan. One year to get the budget in place, and another to work out the kinks.
