Peterson turns down Rothsay AD job
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A legendary Minnesota coach has declined the Athletic Director job in Rothsay.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
The school district offered Lynn Peterson the position. A board member tells WDAY 6 News, he wanted more money.
Peterson coached boys basketball at Staples - Motley for 31 years and was part time A-D. That school put him on paid leave last winter to investigate accusations against him, but he resigned before a report came out. No word if that played a part in Peterson's decision.
