Victim of Emmons county fatal identified
LINTON, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol on Wednesday released the name of a man killed in a head-on collision in south central North Dakota's Emmons County.
LINTON, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol on Wednesday released the name of a man killed in a head-on collision in south central North Dakota's Emmons County.
Troopers say 78-year-old Alvin Kelsch of Linton was traveling south on Highway 83 about six miles north of Linton around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday when his car crossed the center line and hit a pickup truck head-on. He died at the scene.
The driver and two other occupants of the pickup truck were taken to Bismarck hospitals with unspecified injuries.
