Red River below flood stage

The river went under 18 feet about 4 this afternoon.
After a record 77 days above flood stage, the Red River is back to normal. We beat the previous record of 61 days set back in 2009. Flood stage at Fargo-Moorhead is 18 feet. The river went under 18-feet about 4 this afternoon. The river reached flood stage on March 29th, cresting at 38.75 feet on April 9th.
