D-O-T to stabilize the Rose Creek Coulee Bridge
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The ND D-O-T will soon begin tackling a problem on University Drive, just south of the Rose Creek Coulee Bridge.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
The soil underneath the roadway is shifting. In early June, the D-O-T will reduce traffic or close the roadway completely to begin stabilizing the area where the bridge and road connect.
19-feet of ground will be replaced with a concrete mixture which is lighter and drains faster than soil. Floodwaters are a major part of the problem. The project will cost a half-million dollars.
