CRAIG PATNODE - Eldermark Owner: "Well I think one; you have to like North Dakota. I don't think its right to just move a company if you don't like it."

For Patnode, there is a lot to like.

CRAIG PATNODE - Eldermark Owner: "I strictly went up there for the labor."

Just down the street from Eldermark, sits Jamestown College.

CRAIG PATNODE - Eldermark Owner: "It's a great opportunity for the students that are coming off-line because they actually, in this market they are learning how to run a company and so they are getting valuable experience."

Experience that Patnode, hopes grow Eldermark. By the end of the year, Patnode will add 10 to 24 employees. Patnode has interviewed two people from Minneapolis trying to get back to North Dakota to work.
