ND school officials optimistic on bond vote

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — West Fargo School District officials say that they are optimistic that an $82.5 million school bond referendum will be approved by voters on Tuesday.

School Board member Ben Koppelman says the low voter turnout is the biggest threat to the issue not passing.

Superintendent David Flowers tells the Fargo Forum that he is hopeful the bond issue will pass based on the comments he's heard.

Two previous attempts to pass a bond package have failed in the last two years.
