FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The family of longtime Fargo Municipal Court Judge Thomas Davies says Davies is battling severe pancreatitis.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The family of longtime Fargo Municipal Court Judge Thomas Davies says Davies is battling severe pancreatitis.
The Forum newspaper reports that Davies has been hospitalized for more than a week. He was listed in guarded condition on Thursday.
The 72-year-old Davies is the son of former federal judge Ronald Davies, who is famous for his rulings in 1957 to integrate the public schools in Little Rock, Ark.
Fargo's municipal court has jurisdiction on many minor offenses.
