Woman sentenced for failing to help with drug case
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A woman has been sentenced to more than a year in prison for failing to cooperate with authorities on a drug conspiracy case.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A woman has been sentenced to more than a year in prison for failing to cooperate with authorities on a drug conspiracy case.
Brianna Marie Smith, also known as Breezy, pleaded guilty in February to a charge of withholding information on a crime.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson sentenced Smith to 15 months in prison. The charge calls for a maximum sentence of three years.
Smith was arrested in February in Mahnomen, Minn.
