Williston man convicted on federal drug charges
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A jury has found a Williston man guilty on two federal drug charges.

Bert Johnson was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance. He had pleaded not guilty to both counts.
A jury on Thursday convicted Johnson after a three-day trial in Bismarck.
Authorities say they discovered about 3 pounds of methamphetamine in an ammunition box located in Johnson's pickup truck. The meth had a street value of about $100,000.
Johnson faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.
