BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Beulah man and former sheriff's deputy has been sentenced to one year and nine months in federal prison for sending a sexually explicit photograph to a minor.

Fifty-five-year-old Douglas Gleich was sentenced on Monday. Authorities say he pleaded guilty in March to transferring obscene materials to minors.

In 2005, Gleich was sentenced to four years and nine months on child pornography charges. Authorities say prior to his 2005 conviction, Gleich was employed as a sheriff's deputy in Mercer County.
