Updated: Alcohol a factor in fatal Otter Tail County crash; Victims identified

Henning, Minn. (WDAY TV) - The driver and passenger involved in a fatal weekend crash in Otter Tail County have been identified.
A pickup went off the road at Liberty Drive and Liberty Lane in Henning around 2:30 this morning. 23-year-old Robin Turchin was driving her pick up about 2:30 Sunday morning near Henning when it went off the road. Her passenger, 24-year-old Justin Hemmerlin died at the scene.
Turchin was taken to Tri-County Hospital by ambulance. Alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash. The driver and passenger are from the Parkers Prairie area.
