Project provides services and information for the homeless
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Project Homeless Connect was back at the Fargodome today. Agencies that provide assistance to the homeless put on the event to provide services and information for the homeless.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Health care services were there, with free dental examinations and care. M J Cappelli's and Moler Barber College students offered free haircuts, as well.
One volunteer today had been seeking help at a previous Project Homeless Event.
BRANTLEY JOHNSON – Volunteer: “Two years ago, I had been homeless, now I'm here not homeless and I'm here giving back to the community, helping out, letting people know that this does work and I'm an inspiration that it does work. If you do hard work it pays out.”
This is the eighth Project Homeless Connect held in Fargo since 2008.
