ND man to plead guilty to selling methamphetamine

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man is facing 20 years in prison for allegedly selling a bag of methamphetamine on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man is facing 20 years in prison for allegedly selling a bag of methamphetamine on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

Levi Jerome has signed a plea agreement in federal court. He's charged with distribution of a controlled substance.

Authorities say the 23-year-old Jerome sold about a tenth of gram of meth to an informant for $200.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 13.
