ND man to plead guilty to selling methamphetamine

Levi Jerome has signed a plea agreement in federal court. He's charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
Authorities say the 23-year-old Jerome sold about a tenth of gram of meth to an informant for $200.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 13.
