More than 100 people showed up for a town hall meeting, hosted by Congressman Rick Berg. It was at Bennett Elementary in South Fargo.

The congressman told the crowd as Washington works toward a 2012 budget, he will not support increasing the debt ceiling. Also, state politicians are beginning to announce support for Berg for North Dakota's 2012 senate seat.

REP. RICK BERG - (R) North Dakota: “It's really encouraging to have so many people that I've worked with and that I've obviously competed against as well throw their support behind me and it's something we haven't decided yet and again it's a family decision we need to look at.”

This was the 3rd of 4 town hall meetings Berg is holding across the state.
