2 Marshall, Minnesota students take their own lives
Marshall, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A very sad story from Marshall, Minnesota, where two 14-year-olds took their own lives over the weekend.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
8th graders Haylee Fentress and Paige Moravetz committed suicide this weekend. The school superintendent says the district is providing counseling for students who are mourning.
He says the girls were not part of a suicide pact and also denied rumors that the girls were bullied into taking their own lives.
KLINT WILLERT - Marshall Schools Superintendent: “We have not learned any information regarding why and I don't know any information will be forthcoming as to why.”
Willlert says for now, it remains a tragedy with a lot of unanswered questions.
