Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man will spend 6 months in jail for giving alcohol to a 16-year-old girl involved in a fatal car accident last fall.
34-year-old Fred Davis Junior admitted to buying two bottles of 99-proof schnapps for three teens who brought to alcohol to a bonfire party.
A 16-year-old Fargo girl is charged with manslaughter in juvenile court after she was found to have a 0.06 blood alcohol level after crashing an SUV into a tree last October after leaving the bonfire. 17-year-old Tyler Tweten died in the crash.
