Fargo Force sweep their way through the first round
Fargo, ND (WDAY Sports) - The Fargo Force took their first step toward reaching a third consecutive Clark Cup Finals by sweeping Lincoln in the opening round.By: Jody Norstedt, WDAY
Both games were close which could be a huge benefit the rest of the way.
Joe Rehkamp - Force Forward: “I think we played well. Came together as a team, knew our roles. Decided we were gonna work as one unit and it really worked out.”
Colten St. Clair - Force Forward: “Just going into the next round, it's a big confidence booster, knowing we can beat a lot of teams in this league.”
The Force play west top-seed Dubuque in the next round. It'll be a best-of-five series with games one and two in Dubuque on Wednesday and Friday. Game three is Saturday in Fargo.
