SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Winter weather is likely to make a comeback in a large part of the Dakotas.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Winter weather is likely to make a comeback in a large part of the Dakotas.
The National Weather Service has posted various advisories, watches and warnings in South Dakota and southern North Dakota for Thursday and Friday. Forecasters say some areas could see more than half a foot of snow.
Gusty winds could reduce visibility in some areas.
A mix of rain and snow is forecast before the precipitation turns to all snow. Brad Temeyer with the weather service office in Sioux Falls tells KOKK radio that the snow will be wet and heavy and difficult to shovel.
