BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A second man has been sentenced to federal prison for a bar burglary in Cannonball on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.

U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says 22-year-old Scott Nalley pleaded guilty to burglary last December and was sentenced recently to two years in prison and about $6,800 in restitution.

Purdon says Nalley and Jeremy Will pried open the door to the T Bar 3 and took liquor, money, a TV and other items from the business in May 2010.

Will also pleaded guilty in the case. He was sentenced last November to about three years in prison and the restitution.
