Cooperstown, ND (WDAY TV) - New developments today in the case of a Cooperstown man accused of murdering an NDSU researcher.
The prosecution and defense have agreed to have D-N-A on a gun and cartridge to be tested, even though there is only enough D-N-A for it to be tested once.
It was believed to be used in the murder of Kurt Johnson. Authorities say Wacht shot and then decapitated 54-year-old Kurt Johnson.
