Parts of Ransom County Highway are under water

Lisbon, ND (WDAY TV) - Drivers are running into slow travels along a busy highway in Ransom County.
Overland flooding is causing several inches of water to flow over spots of Highway 27, east of Lisbon.
Beware of water signs are on the sides of the road. Speeds are down to about 10 miles per hour at times.
