Williston sets snowfall record

WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — About a half inch of snow on Sunday put Williston in the record book.

The National Weather Service said the city in northwest North Dakota has had 95.1 inches of snow this winter.

The Williston Herald reported that the previous snowfall record for a season was 94.7 inches.
