Man pleads guilty in ND drug conspiracy case

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man indicted in a conspiracy to sell more than 500 grams of methamphetamine in North Dakota has pleaded guilty in federal court. Martin Juarez is charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A man indicted in a conspiracy to sell more than 500 grams of methamphetamine in North Dakota has pleaded guilty in federal court.

Martin Juarez is charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Authorities say the conspiracy moved meth from California to Fargo for distribution.

Two other people, Anthony Gonzales Jr. and Jennifer Gilbertson, are charged in the case. Gonzales has agreed to plead guilty and is scheduled for sentencing on April 27.

Sentencing for the 27-year-old Juarez is set for June 28. He faces at least 10 years in prison and could get life.
