Man charged with two counts First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in Clay County
CLAY COUNTY PRESS RELEASE: On 3-27-11 at 1:40 am the Clay Conty Sheriffs Office was sent to a residence in Felton on a sexual assault report. After speaking with the people involved, a male was arrested and taken to the Clay County Jail.

Arrested was Eugene Lee Rushton DOB 3-18-64 and was formaly charged with two counts First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.
