County Road 17 closed from overland flooding

Wyndmere, ND (WDAY TV) - Richland County workers are keeping busy, monitoring overland flooding that's rushing over county roads.
Signs are out for road closures at County Road 17. It is a couple miles west of Wyndmere. Water has been going over the road, but today it's back down.
Workers say they'll be checking the road daily. If water is running over it, they're asking drivers to obey the road closed signs.
