Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The 21-year old Fargo man accused of robbing Stop-N-Go in Moorhead last month is pleading not guilty.

The attorney for James Taylor says he may challenge the witnesses who identified him, prior to the trial. The trial was set to begin May 10th.

Taylor is charged with aggravated robbery in a February 10th robbery of the Stop-N-Go at 102 30th Avenue South in Moorhead. Police think Taylor is one of three men who stole a little more than $4-thosuand dollars from the convenience store.

A second man, 18-year old Antione Collier of Moorhead, also faces charges linked to that armed robbery.
