Churchs Ferry, ND (WDAY TV) - A Churchs Ferry man is sentenced to probation for a felony drug crime because of his lack of a criminal history.
53-year old Philip Eli pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Authorities found 65 marijuana plants at his home last fall.
A number of bags had been harvested and labeled. Jail time is deferred, three years.
