ST. PAUL, Minn (AP) — Sheriff's investigators say the death of a woman whose body was found in a Ramsey County field was likely caused by hypothermia.

The woman has been identified as 31-year-old Sonja Gail Smith of White Bear Lake. Her body was found early Sunday in White Bear Township. Investigators say they found no signs of foul play and attribute the death to exposure.

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office is conducting an autopsy Monday.
