GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The trial of a rural Manvel man charged with killing his brother has been delayed again.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — The trial of a rural Manvel man charged with killing his brother has been delayed again.

The Grand Forks Herald said a judge filed an order Monday delaying Rodney Chisholm's trial, which was set to start Tuesday, until April 26. No reason was given for the delay.

The trial was earlier postponed from a Feb. 8 start.

The 45-year-old Chisholm is accused of killing his 59-year-old brother, Donald, in June by hitting him in the head with a metal pipe, strangling him or a combination of the two. Chisholm says he acted in self-defense.
