Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - Two people are facing charges in Grand Forks, accused of posting a nude photo of a couple on Facebook.
Jeffery Keogh-Whetung and Brittany Lee are both charged with disseminated a sexual image, a misdemeanor.
Police say the photo show's Lee's ex-boyfriend and his current girlfriend naked. The photo was posted on Facebook in November and was taken down after a complaint was made to Facebook.
