Fargo Oak Grove 70, Minot Ryan 66

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Shayden Akason had 26 points and Evan Holt added 25 as Fargo Oak Grove beat Minot Ryan 70-66 in Saturday's fifth-place game at the North Dakota boys Class B basketball tournament.

Akason had two 3-pointers and went 8-for-10 from the free throw line to help the Grovers (27-1) rally from a four-point halftime deficit. Oak Grove's only loss this season was a 66-64 setback to New Town in the tournament's first round.

Holt had four 3-pointer for Oak Grove, which shot 54 percent from the field.

Ben Magnuson paced Minot Ryan (22-5) with 20 points, including four 3-pointers. Adam Burckhard added 14 points.
