Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - New details are coming out in a crash last October, that killed a 17-year old Fargo South junior.

Today we learned prosecutors are trying to get the case moved out of juvenile court. The 16-year old Fargo teen will find out March 16th, if she will face manslaughter charges in adult court.

The juvenile was the driver of a car that hit a tree last October, killing 17-year old Tyler Tweten. A police accident reconstruction specialist says the vehicle was going 42-miles an hour and failed to negotiate the turn on 7th Street and 11th Avenue North. Her blood-alcohol level was 0.06.

Tweten was a passenger in the backseat. WDAY is choosing not to release the name of the driver.
