James O'Rourke, the Director of the Rourke Art Museum and Gallery has died
Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Family and friends are mourning the death of a pillar in our community. 77 year-old James O'Rourke, the Director of the Rourke Art Museum and Gallery died this afternoon.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY

Family and friends are mourning the death of a pillar in our community.
This is video from 1996 when he signed the lease to the old post office, what's now known as the Rourke Museum.
O'Rourke was a key player in developing the local arts scene and served as the president for the Plains Art Museum in its early days. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
