Crews began tearing down the Galleria On 42nd last week.
Fargo inspections administrator Ron Strand tells The Forum newspaper that the structure has been completely torn down, but crews will continue to clear debris from the site this week.
Strand says that after the site is cleared, a third-party engineering firm will inspect the foundation to determine if it's reusable.
A Fargo City Commission dangerous building hearing is scheduled for March 21, but that hearing will be canceled if work is complete.
Strand says he expects that will happen.
