Large amount of copper stolen from construction site in Otter Tail County

Battle Lake, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Otter Tail County authorities are looking for whoever stole a large amount of copper from a construction site this past weekend.
Nearly three thousand pounds of wire was taken from a trailer at the future site of the Good Samaritan nursing home in Battle Lake.
The thieves cut a lock on the trailer, and then got away with 57 rolls of wire. Police have no suspects.
