Waubun, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Waubun, Minnesota man will spend 18-months in prison after pleading guilty to domestic assault by strangulation.
Police say 26-year old Henry Soyring choked his girlfriend until she couldn't breathe. Her 2 young children were home at the time. She eventually got away and called the police.
Soyring was 3-prior convictions for domestic assault, in 2005, 2008 and 2010.
