(WDAY TV) - A judge is giving prosecutors an additional 30 days to decide if they'll seek the death penalty against a Hillsboro native.
Amanda Kaur is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of her husband, Ira Kaur, in their home last November.
Prosecutors say the 26-year-old woman shot her husband twice in the head, over a 6-hour period, and tried to make it look like suicide.
