Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - A Wahpeton man is charged with possessing child porn. Prosecutors say 37-year old Benjamin Hager bought the porn overseas, then started talking with area minors on the phone and computer.
The communication, sexual in nature. A search warrant of Hager's apartment turned up explicit pictures of girls and nearly 750 erotic videos of kids as young as five.
