Victim of ND snowmobile accident identified

MINTO, N.D. (AP) — The Highway Patrol has identified a man who died in a weekend snowmobile accident in northeast North Dakota.

Forty-two-year-old Patrick Mach of Minto was thrown from his machine early Saturday afternoon while riding with other snowmobilers on a groomed trail between Forest River and Minto.

Mach suffered head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
