Commissioners address flooding concernsMoorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - 2 flooding concerns in Clay County are being addressed. At this county meeting today, commissioners were told the Emergency Operations Center is ready to go.

In previous years, it was manned from 7 to 7 with people answering phones and emails. Commissioners were also told the county is making plans for help that will be available to rural communities.
BRYAN GREEN - Clay County Emergency Director: “Each township will provide those sandbags if they need to protect their infrastructure, each township will have as many as they need.”
County officials are especially concerned about flooding along the south Branch of the Buffalo River near Sabin.
