Judge orders "soul collector" to under go mental evaluation

Forty-two-year-old Timothy Eugene Peterson is charged with attempted murder and second-degree assault.
Timothy Peterson of Fergus Falls was charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing his neighbor earlier this month, telling him he was "collecting his soul".
Peterson had his initial appearance in Otter Tail District court earlier this week, where the evaluation was ordered.
He is being held on half a million dollars bond.
