Fargo Police looking for a man who failed to register as a sex offender

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo Police are looking for a man who failed to register as a sex offender. 24-year-old Salbino Depina was living at Centre Incorporated in North Fargo, but left on January 3rd and hasn't returned. He is considered a Moderate Risk offender.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo Police are looking for a man who failed to register as a sex offender. 24-year-old Salbino Depina was living at Centre Incorporated in North Fargo, but left on January 3rd and hasn't returned. He is considered a Moderate Risk offender.

In 2008, he was convicted in Cass County for the corruption of minors. His victims were acquaintances under the age of 15. Delpina is about 6-feet tall, 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
