Head-on crash in ND's Eddy County kills 1
CARRINGTON, N.D. (AP) — The driver of a car traveling on U.S. Highway 281 between Carrington and New Rockford was killed when authorities say a semitrailer crossed the center line and hit the car head-on.
CARRINGTON, N.D. (AP) — The driver of a car traveling on U.S. Highway 281 between Carrington and New Rockford was killed when authorities say a semitrailer crossed the center line and hit the car head-on.
The Grand Forks Herald reports that the Highway Patrol did not immediately identify the victim of the Eddy County crash.
Authorities say the semi driver became disoriented when a truck he was following hit snow, throwing up snow fog, about noon Sunday. The semi driver wasn't hurt.
A semi, driven by Charles Siegman, crossed the center line and a hit the victim's car head-on.
