Stolen vehicle arrest made

A 21-year-old Fargo man was arrested early today for allegedly stealing a vehicle from a bar parking lot.
The vehicle, a 2004 Dodge Durango, was reported stolen at about 12:55 a.m. today from The Hub, 2525 9th Ave. S. According to the dispatch report, the vehicle ran a red light, lost a tire and ran into a snow bank.
Later, a caller reported a vehicle driving without a tire on Main Avenue near Broadway. Fargo Police officers located the car and arrested the driver in the 700 block of Second Street North at about 1:49 a.m., said Sgt. Ross Renner.
Adrian Chavez-Rivas was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, a class C felony, and driving under the influence. He is being held at the Cass County Jail.
